What about if your driver never shows up?

That's never happened before but if it does happen our company will cover the food cost and also will give credit to the customer for the same amount.

How long are you in this business?

Started in 2014. We are already 11 years in the Food Delivery Business.

What is the % Commission you charge the Restaraunts?

It can be anywhere from 0% to 15% depending on the deal every restaurant has with us. However, we guarantee that Our Fee + GrubHub, Doordash etc. fees all combined will always be less than what you are currently paying to those companies.

Do you have enough drivers?

We have Thousands of Drivers everywhere in the United States. Please contact us for more info if you are not seeing your city listed below.

What if the food is delivered late?

If the food is delivered late and the order is canceled the Restaurant will receive a cancelation email with the reason why the food is cancelled. If the reason is Our Driver we will cover 100% of the food cost. GrubHub covers only 70%

Does the Restauraunt need to call us when there is an order for delivery?

No, the restaurant only needs to prepare the food. We take care of the rest. We receive every delivery order the same time as you do. In just a few minutes after the order is received our driver will be at the restaurant to pick up the food.
